Spring Cleaning is run by a collection of volunteers and local church staff dedicated to the Vision and Values outlined within our Purpose Statement.
Lead Team | is made up of volunteers and church staff who ensure that everything is running smoothly. They coach the school liaisons through the planning process and coordinate closely with the school district to confirm every project.
School Liaisons | champion Spring Cleaning at a particular school site. They work with the principal, school janitorial staff and PTA to confirm each project happening on that campus. They are the primary liaison between the sponsoring church and the school staff. In addition, they oversee each project leader assigned to their school and coach them through the planning process.
Project Leaders | put the Vision to Action. A project leader is the person who gets into the details of their project and ensures that the project is organized, supplies are gathered and volunteers are well instructed in what to do before and during their service project.
